Patna, Sep 17 (UNI) union Home Minister Amit Shah will be holding important meetings tomorrow during his two-day visit to Bihar ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections.
According to his schedule, Shah will arrive late this evening by special aircraft to intensify election preparations among the major constituent units of the NDA. He will hold a series of crucial organizational meetings with party leaders and workers from various districts.
Focusing on election strategies, Shah is scheduled to meet BJP workers and leaders from 10 districts of the Magadh and Shahabad regions at Swargiya Lalan Singh Stadium in Dehri-on-Sone (Rohtas district) on Thursday morning. Later in the afternoon, Shah will interact with leaders and office bearers from another 10 districts, including Patna Rural, Patna Metro, Barh, and Nalanda districts, in Begusarai.
BJP state unit president Dilip Jaiswal stated that Shah’s visit underscores the party’s focus on mobilizing grassroots workers and energizing the cadre well ahead of the polls.
He said the union Minister will discuss BJP’s booth-level preparations and strengthening of the party organization, review poll strategies at the district and regional levels, and interact with MPs, MLAs, senior leaders, and district presidents to assess ground realities and formulate a roadmap to ensure the party's victory in the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections.
Jaiswal added that the visit will boost the morale of BJP workers and accelerate the organizational strategy for the elections.
Shah’s visit comes shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Purnia on September 15. His sudden visit is being viewed as a major development in the highly charged political atmosphere of the state ahead of the elections.
